For over twenty-five years, Derek has provided legal assistance and counseling to a broad range of clients in a wide variety of legal matters. A litigator with a proven record, Derek is no stranger to the courtroom. He has appeared in all stages of the civil justice systems in the Federal and State Courts of Mississippi. Derek is also licensed to practice law in Georgia. Derek L. Hall is admitted to practice before the Court of Veterans Appeals (one of only 12 attorneys in the State of Mississippi accredited to practice before the Veterans Court of Appeals).
